Her background includes years as a lead instructor in the fitness and life coaching industries, as well as 10 years of service at MSPCC in a variety of clinical settings, including trauma, substance abuse, school adjustment, and family counseling milieus.

Love of family, spirituality, psychology, meditation, physical movement, nutrition and overall health consciousness have been a central theme all her life. Now, she enthusiastically shares her passion and love for yoga and well-being with everyone.

Kate offers private/group yoga and ayurvedic sessions for Boston Brain Fitness.
